“4K” on a projector box can mean three different things. Here’s the plain-English version.
Tip for any spec sheet: look for the word “native” next to the resolution. Then come and judge the picture with your own eyes, lights on.

Will my GT look exactly like the photos?

Is it 4K?
It plays 4K, and shows it on a native 1080p chip with no pixel-shifting, so every pixel is real and edges stay steady. Many people can’t tell the difference. Come and test us, lights on. If you want native 4K, see our ISTANA.
Can I watch with the lights on?
Yes. Night scenes keep their detail with the lights on. Come to the showroom and see it for yourself.
Does it have Netflix, Disney+ and local channels?
Yes, all built in, with the official Netflix app. The remote has one-touch buttons for Netflix, Disney+, YouTube and Prime Video.
Is it a laser projector?
It uses an LED light source, which is easier on the eyes for long evenings and is covered by the warranty with no hour limit. The laser you may have read about is the sensor that focuses the picture in under half a second.
Is it easy for my parents?
Yes: a simple home screen, a voice remote, and our team will show you how.
Will it interrupt my show when I move it?
Your show keeps playing. Nudge the GT and the picture snaps back sharp and square in under half a second, with no white test screen.
How far from the wall?
About 2.7 m for a 100″ picture and 3.3 m for 120″. Use the room planner above.
Do I need a screen?
A smooth, light-coloured wall works well. A screen gives the best picture.
Is it quiet?
Under 30 dB. A soft hum, no whine.
Is the sound good without a soundbar?
Yes. Dual stereo speakers with crisp highs and gentle bass fill a living room on their own. When you want cinema-size sound, add a soundbar with one HDMI ARC cable or over Bluetooth.
Can I watch late at night without waking anyone?
Yes. Pair Bluetooth headphones, or plug wired ones into the AUX out, and the room stays silent. The GT itself is a soft hum under 30 dB, quieter than a ceiling fan.
Soundbar and a game console at the same time?
Yes. Plug the console into the GT’s HDMI and send the sound to your soundbar over Bluetooth, or use a soundbar with an HDMI input so console and soundbar share one cable. WhatsApp us and we’ll set it up with you.
Can I use Bluetooth headphones or speakers?
Yes. Pair in seconds and it stays connected all evening. There’s a built-in sound-sync setting too, so dialogue always lines up with lips. Prefer a cable? The AUX out takes any wired headphones or speaker.
Can it play music without the picture?
Yes. Switch to speaker mode and play music from your phone over Bluetooth.
Gaming?
Yes. Plug in a console over HDMI and play on a 100-inch wall. Racing, sports and family games feel great at this size; if you play ranked esports, a gaming monitor is still the tool for that.
4K streaming?
Yes, up to 4K from the built-in apps over dual-band Wi-Fi. For the smoothest 4K, connect to your router’s 5 GHz network, as you would for any 4K TV.
Can I make the picture smaller without moving it?
Yes. Zoom takes it down to half size from the remote, so you can fit the picture to the wall without shifting the GT. Place it roughly, then dial it in.
Can I ceiling-mount it?
Yes. There is a standard 1/4-inch screw hole underneath, so it fits our H40 ceiling and wall bracket or any camera tripod. Ceiling mode flips the picture for you.
Do you accept company invoices?
Yes, company invoices and purchase orders accepted.
Can I trade in my old TV or projector?
Yes, any brand, even faulty ones. Bring it to our showroom for a valuation against your new GT.
What if I don't know how to use it?
Come to our showroom and we'll show you, free for INNOVATIVE owners. Or WhatsApp us and a real person will help.
What does lifetime service mean?
For as long as you own your GT: free diagnostics, labour free, parts quoted. It carries on after the 12-month warranty ends.

Yes. The GT is at our showroom at Sim Lim Square #05-55, open daily 11am to 8pm.
