Singapore delivery
Delivered by our courier partner within 1 to 3 working days.
- Projectors priced S$598 and above: free delivery
- Projectors under S$598: S$15
- Same-day delivery for projectors: S$30, order by 7pm
- Projector screens 60" to 120": S$60; 40" to 50": S$20
- Ceiling mounts: S$20; projector stands: S$10
Screens, mounts and stands carry their own delivery fee, even when bought with a projector. Pre-order screen sizes take 6 to 8 weeks to arrive.

Self-collection
Free. Collect from our showroom at Sim Lim Square #05-55, 1 Rochor Canal Road, Singapore 188504, daily from 11am to 8pm. Please WhatsApp +65 9111 1255 before you come so we can have your order ready.

International shipping
We ship worldwide. Your order is automatically matched to the most suitable courier for your address, and shipping costs are shown at checkout. Import duties and taxes, if any, are paid by the buyer on arrival. Overseas customers are supported by our team on WhatsApp first.

Delivery address
Please give a complete address and a phone number the courier can reach. Once an order is handed to the courier, the address can no longer be changed.

Damaged or missing items
Check the package before you sign and film the unboxing. Report any missing or damaged item on the day you receive it, with the unboxing video, by WhatsApp to +65 9111 1255 or email iwant@innovativeprojector.com.
