Why charge for advice at all?

Because getting a projector right takes an hour of real work on your space, not a guess at the counter. Charging lets us do it properly for the people who want it, while the showroom and the photo check stay free for everyone. Buy from us and the fee comes back, so most people pay nothing extra in the end.

Can't I just ask in the showroom?

Anything about the products, yes: what a model does, how it looks in a lit room, how it compares with our other models, what the warranty covers. What we don't do over the counter is tell you which one to buy for your space, because we'd be guessing without seeing it.

Do you work with offices, schools and shops?

Yes. Meeting rooms, training rooms, classrooms, cafés, retail displays and event spaces all go through the same sessions. Pick the tier by scope: one room, several rooms, or anything commercial, outdoor or tied to a fit-out. We issue a company GST invoice and can quote multiple units.

What if your recommendation doesn't suit me?

Our shortlist is based on the photos, measurements and information you give us, and how a picture looks is personal. That's why the session ends with you watching the finalists live in the showroom, and why every INNOVATIVE projector comes with our 10-day upgrade: move up a model within 10 days and pay only the difference.

Do you visit my home or office?

No. Sessions are in the showroom or by video call. Photos, a few measurements and, for offices, a floor plan tell us what we need, and the showroom is where you can actually see the result.

Is the fee refundable?

If, after reviewing your space, we can't recommend a suitable INNOVATIVE product, you get a full refund. Otherwise the fee isn't refundable once the session has been delivered; it's credited against your purchase instead. The credit is void if the purchase is returned.

What if I need more than an hour?

Most spaces don't. If yours does, we'll say so before continuing, and you decide.
