Delivery fees

Screens, mounts and stands are bulky, so they carry their own delivery fee, even when you buy them with a projector.

When it arrives

Three checks at your door.

Check the box before you sign. Make sure the package is sealed and undamaged.
Film the unboxing. A short video from sealed box to all items laid out.
Tell us the same day. If anything is missing or damaged, WhatsApp us the video on the day you receive it and we will put it right.

Delivery FAQ.

How long does delivery take in Singapore?

1 to 3 working days by our courier partner. Projectors can also be delivered the same day for S$30 if you order by 7pm.

Is delivery free?

Delivery is free for projectors priced S$598 and above. Projectors under S$598 cost S$15 to deliver. Screens, mounts and stands have their own delivery fee.

Can I collect my order myself?

Yes, free. Choose self-collection at checkout and collect from our showroom at Sim Lim Square #05-55, open daily from 11am to 8pm.

Why do screens and mounts cost extra to deliver?

They are large and need separate handling, so they carry their own delivery fee, even when bought with a projector.

Can I change my delivery address?

Contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been handed to the courier, the address can no longer be changed. Please include a phone number the courier can reach you on.

Do you ship outside Singapore?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Your order is automatically matched to the most suitable courier, and shipping costs are shown at checkout. Import duties and taxes, if any, are paid by the buyer on arrival.

What if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?

Report it on the day you receive it, with an unboxing video, by WhatsApp to +65 9111 1255. We will sort it out with you.
