DSX II
A 100″ picture from 53 cm away.
DSX II is a palm-size ultra short throw projector. It sits on the TV console or a side table right below the wall, so nobody walks through the picture and nothing hangs from the ceiling.
Why ultra short throw
Big picture, small room.
A normal projector needs two to three metres of space in front of the wall. DSX II needs about half a metre. It suits HDB living rooms and bedrooms where there is no space behind the sofa, and rented homes where you would rather not drill.
What it does
Everything you need, in a box the size of your hand.
- Netflix and YouTube on the projector. Both run on DSX II itself. A Google TV 4K stick also comes in the box: plug it into HDMI for more apps.
- Phone and laptop mirroring. Show your iPhone, Android phone, laptop or MacBook screen over Wi-Fi.
- HDMI and USB. Connect a game console, laptop or Blu-ray player, or play files straight from a USB drive.
- Built-in speakers. Sound for everyday viewing, plus a 3.5 mm audio jack for your own speakers.
- 30″ to 120″. Move it closer for a smaller picture, further for a bigger one.

The honest picture
Native 1080p. Best with the lights down.

Before you buy.
Is DSX II a 4K projector?
No. DSX II shows a native 1080p picture. It accepts a 4K signal and plays it in 1080p, and it comes with a Google TV 4K stick. For a native 4K picture, see ISTANA 4K.
How far from the wall does it go?
About 53 cm from the lens to the wall for a 100″ picture, 43 cm for 80″ and 64 cm for 120″. Use the setup planner above for your exact size.
Do I need the Google TV stick?
Not for Netflix or YouTube, which run on DSX II itself. The stick is there if you want more apps. It plugs into the HDMI port.
Does it have a battery?
No. DSX II runs on mains power, so place it near a power point.
Can I connect a laptop or game console?
Yes. Use HDMI, or mirror your laptop or MacBook over Wi-Fi.
Can I watch with the lights on?
You can, with a smaller picture. It looks its best in a dim room or with the lights off.
What about warranty and service?
DSX II comes with a 12-month warranty and lifetime service at our Singapore service centre. Within 10 days, you can also top up to a higher INNOVATIVE projector.
Can I see it first?
Yes. DSX II is set up at our showroom at Sim Lim Square #05-55, open daily 11am to 8pm.
