Visit us anytime. Most setup or usage questions are solved immediately by our customer service team.

If deeper testing is needed, your projector will be checked in for technical evaluation. Repairs typically take 1–3 working days, depending on the issue.

When no repair is required, most customers have their issue solved within the same day.

Free Lifetime Service for INNOVATIVE Owners
Warranty ends. Service doesn't. As the original owner of an INNOVATIVE projector, registered with us or holding your receipt, you get free repair labour, calibration at our Singapore lab, diagnostics and how-to help for life. Parts are quoted before any work starts.
Trade-In Appreciation Program
For older models that are no longer recommended for repair, we offer a Trade-In Appreciation Discount.
