The projector is not powering up?
Make sure the charger is securely connected to both the projector and the main power source.

No display from the HDMI port?
Ensure all connections between the projector and the source device are secure, and consider adjusting the source device's resolution to a lower or higher setting for optimal usage.

Blurry image?
Ensure optimal focus by adjusting the focus ring and maintaining the proper distance between the projector and screen/wall.

Remote unresponsive?
Make sure the remote is aimed at the IR receiver and the receiver is not obstructed. If issue remains, replace remote battery.

Video cannot be mirrored?
There are restrictions on playing Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, Netflix, and other paid videos directly, due to copyright. However, you can easily watch them by connecting an Amazon Fire TV Stick or similar device.

Remote or navigation not working on Netflix?
Try connecting a mouse to the projector's USB port for easier navigation.
